REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Change of plans? Need more time? Unable or unwilling to continue? Never a problem.

There are two ways to cancel your photo session.

Number one, send us a text message at 760 260 9910.

Number two, send us an email at info@framelensphoto.com

Phone calls or voicemails with these kinds of requests will not be accepted.

As a general rule, please remember that you must cancel your appointment with a minimum 48-hour notice to get 100% of your money back.

Cancelling your appointment within 48 to 24 hours of its scheduled time may only reimburse you with 50% of your initial deposit.

Meanwhile, cancelling your appointment within 24 hours of its scheduled time may only reimburse you with 25% of your initial deposit.

Failing to show up to your appointment on time will result in the cancellation of all products and services that we may have previously agreed to deliver to or perform for you.

Regardless of their payment status, cancelled products and services may not ever be eligible for refunds or follow ups.

Showing up to your appointment on time is essential to be considered for future offers and services from our company, including potential employment, business, and partnership opportunities.

Unfortunately, our associates are not allowed to accept any cause or excuse for tardiness. Getting in touch with them to say that you are on your way, or to give them a reason you are late will not be of their interest, and it will not do anything in your favor.

Per company policy, if our associates are not having an in-person, face-to-face conversation with you by the scheduled time, you will be considered absent to your appointment.

If, however, our associate is late to your photo session, your full payment will be refunded, and our associate will still be responsible for carrying out your photo session and for delivering the products and services that you had initially paid for.
