A Customer Service Specialist at Framelens Studios persuades our prospects and answers their questions about our products and services to generate sales.
This role is mainly responsible for reaching out to potential customers and teaching them about our products and services to generate sales.
Essential responsibilities include learning about and abiding by our company culture, hierarchy structure, ethics, and policies.
This job's foreseeable tasks and duties can generally be accomplished with the following tools: a cell phone with text-messaging capabilities and a tablet or computer with an internet connection.
Additional tools, such as office supplies and computer software, may prove convenient but unnecessary.
You will be encouraged to develop your skills to maximize your earning potential and become eligible for promotions, all by mastering the tasks for which you are responsible and successfully carrying out the responsibilities of your supervisor.

A Customer Service Specialist (CSS) at Framelens Photo works as an independent contractor. This person is also known as a self-employed worker, a freelancer, or an independent business owner.
As independent contractors, Customer Service Specialists (CSSs) at Framelens Photo use a 1099 form to report their wages to the IRS, not a W-2. Whether you are new to or already familiarized with this employment type, Framelens Photo is proud to offer one-on-one guidance to all its independent contractors in this particular matter.
(Non-residents of the USA may be exempt from this tax-reporting obligation; however, they may still be subject to other tax-reporting commitments in their home country and the USA.)
Working as an independent contractor at Framelens Photo means that, unlike a typical full-time or part-time W-2 job, you will have the freedom to decide when, where, and how to perform your duties independently and with minimal supervision.
This opportunity offers its occupants a flexible time commitment, allowing them to be in charge of their schedule and decide how much time they want to work daily.
In addition, this position offers its occupants autonomous scheduling, allowing them to work as few or as many days of the month as they wish, with the only contingency that they meet all goals and performance standards.
All salary, commissions, and compensation depend entirely on an individual's performance and results. An occupant of this position can expect to earn a minimum of 10% and a maximum of 40% commission from every sale they generate.
The minimum benefits this job opening offers typically include a variable 10 to 40% commission from every processed, undisputed sale; a $500 quarterly goal-based bonus; a $100 employment referral bonus, and a $25 monthly incentive for exemplary behavior.
Now, for demonstrative purposes only, assuming that our new Customer Service Specialist (CSS) works six hours a day, five days a week, and meets our daily goal of eighteen sales of $310, all at a minimum 10% commission, they will be earning an estimated $558 US dollars per day or $2,790 per week from commissions alone.
Furthermore, taking the previous calculations into account and assuming our Customer Service Specialist (CSS) takes three months of unpaid time off per year, they will make an estimated $111,600 US dollars from commissions alone.
Even if our Customer Service Specialist (CSS) only makes six sales of $310 at a minimum 10% commission per day, they will earn about $44,640 annually.
All members of Framelens Photo, including Customer Service Specialists (CSSs), are eligible for guaranteed time off after their first anniversary with our company.
Framelens Photo honors the following days and does not require our company members to work on such days after their first anniversary: January 1st, February 14th, February 29th, Mother's day, Father's day, July 4th, October 31st, November 1st, Thanksgiving, Black Friday, December 24th, December 25th, and December 31st.
